User Data Deletion Instructions

Dptrax operates software that connects to the Meta Marketing API to manage and
report on advertising campaigns on behalf of clients who have authorized us to do
so. Our application does not use Facebook Login and does not collect the personal
profile data of individual Meta users. It authenticates server-side using a
system user access token issued from our verified Meta Business account, and it
accesses only advertising and campaign data for client ad accounts that have
granted us access.

We retain only the data necessary to deliver our services, such as advertising
performance metrics and campaign configuration for the client accounts we manage.

Requesting Deletion of Your Data

If you believe we hold data relating to you and you would like it deleted, you can
request deletion at any time:

1. Send an email to info[@]dptrax.com with the subject line
   “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant data, for example the ad
   account, business, or campaign the request relates to.
3. We will verify the request and delete the relevant data that we control,
   unless we are required to retain it by law or by a legitimate business or
   contractual obligation.

We will confirm completion of your request within 30 days of receiving it.

If your data is held within a client’s Meta ad account or Meta Business account,
you may also contact that account owner directly, or manage and remove data
through your Meta account settings and the Meta Business Help Center.
